The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) training offers a standard basis for the elaboration of programmes for language learning, examinations, tests and textbooks in Europe.
It lists all competency levels required by the STANAG 6001 normes, the TFI and TCF tests, the DELF and DALF examinations and makes it easier to compare the various existing competency systems with the CAREL's tuition levels.
* The Stanag 6001 norm is used by NATO and proposes specific assessment methods in terms of language competency.
