Objectives

• • Improve student’s overall level of French and strengthen speaking skills
  • Practise French while doing cultural and sport activities
  • Foster exchanges within a multicultural environment

Programme

FRENCH COURSE

• Communicative leaner-centered approach based on authentic documents
• Access to multimedia language labs for individual instruction
• Active learning strategies : role plays, debates, pair or group work filmed for critical analysis

LUNCHES Supervised by CAREL staff

SPORT ACTIVITIES

These activities place the teenagers in a situation of authentic communication. A different activity every day

ACCOMMODATION IN HOST FAMILY

Half-board : breakfast and diner with the family.

Arrival on Sunday afteroon, departure on Saturday morning.

Sunday with the family for 2-week stay or longer.

SATURDAY EXCURSION (for 2-week stay or longer)

These excursions give the opportunity to practise French in a relaxed atmosphere and pleasant environment

Assessment

At the end of the course, we give you the following documents :

• A course certificate
• A skills assessment sheet
